A Kindy Zone full of Christmas Fun and Fantasy
It’s that time of year – Christmas celebrations are being enjoyed at Kindy Zone.
The children at Kindy Zone loved having the opportunity to express themselves and celebrate Christmas in their own way, by choosing their favourite outfit and getting their photo taken in a beautiful Christmas scene.
Christmas celebrations can be as diverse as each of the children who attend Kindy Zone.
Christmas traditions are unique and different for every family and Kindy Zone has found a way to incorporate inclusive Christmas celebrations into their childcare centres in an appropriate manner. “Celebrations can be used to bring people together, to create a feeling of belonging and to develop a sense of community” says Alison McCallum director of admissions.
As the teachers and educators reflect on and celebrate a successful 2021, they are also bidding farewell to their Kindergarten Graduates who are about to embark on a new journey in primary school.
“It’s an honour to watch all these amazing children grow and learn,” says Alison.
“Knowing you have helped educate and shape them into the unique little individual they are today is very rewarding.”
“The children in our service have had the very best preparation and are ready for the next big step.”
Kindy Zone would like to take this opportunity to Congratulate the Graduating Kindergarten class of 2021 and to wish all their families, friends, and the entire Cairns community a happy and safe Christmas.
