Visitors to the fair will step back in history as they view or purchase items ranging from Jewellery, old toys, records, old China, rare bottles, coins, cards, books and more.
Stall holders will have some rare memorabilia items for sale to allow the public an opportunity to add to their collection or start off in this fast-growing hobby.
The event will support the Barrier Reef Lions Club.
“The fair will be like stepping back in time to shop at an old style Department Store of years gone by,” said Barrier Reef Lions Club spokesperson Allan Lawson.
“The free admission to children under 14 years will offer an opportunity to learn more about Australia’s early pioneering days, and for parents to recognise many items from their childhood.
“An appraisal service will be available for that rare family heirloom or that strange item purchased from a garage Sale.”
The fair will be open to the public on Friday May 28 from 10am to 8pm, and Saturday May 29 from 9am to 3pm.
Entry fee is $8 Adults, and children under 14 years free. Parking free.
